House 1 – Maison des Vignes
At the end of the large forecourt, steps lead up to the veranda and entrance of “Maison des Vignes”. Inside, you step into a large, well-equipped kitchen with a 4-place dining table that can be extended to seat 8. Off to the left is a cosy, dual-aspect sitting room with a new balcony leading down into the rear garden. A staircase leads from the sitting room, up to two bright, comfortable double bedrooms and a large shower room.

House 2 – Maison du Laurier
Adjacente à la Maison des Vignes se trouve la « Maison du Laurier » qui entre au rez-de-chaussée et comprend une grande pièce ouverte qui peut être configurée comme salon ou salle de jeux avec la table de ping-pong disponible. De là part une petite salle de bain, tandis qu'à l'étage se trouvent deux chambres bien proportionnées ; une double et une avec 2 lits simples.

Outside, there is tiled patio area as well as a long, rambling L-Shaped garden featuring an abundance of Fig, Mirabelle and Cherry trees.

La Rochette is a tiny hamlet in the hills above Saint Gengoux Le National. The village is dominated by the outstanding 13th century Chateau de la Rochette which is a mere 200m from the property. The location is quiet and rural and perfect for walking and cycling. The nearest shops and facilities are located in Saint Gengoux about 3km away
