Finding a Property
Having lived in Southern Burgundy since 2007, we’ve come to know the area very well and are always on the lookout for the perfect house for our clients.
Once we know the type of property you are looking for and preferred location, we will spend time online looking for suitable properties and speaking to Estate Agents. We will then compile a list and forward these on to you for feedback. This process should help fine tune exactly what it is you are looking for.
As so many properties are sold privately without the use of estate agents, if the client desires, we will also drive around the areas of interest to see what other properties might be available. We will also speak to the locals to determine what else is on the market or maybe about to come on the market. Again, we will report back on what we discover with pictures and map locations of any interesting properties.
Property Search Fees: €25 per hour
Property Viewing
Once we have identified the properties you like, we will arrange a viewing with the agent or home owner. If this can’t be done with the client, we will take photos and videos or even video call you if you wish so you can get a feel for the property. We will ask all the important questions and then report back to you with all the information and photos along with our honest opinion on what we think of the property, its condition and its locale.

Buying a Property
So you’ve found your dream home, what now? The process of purchasing a property in France can be quite challenging but it’s a process we can help you with and guide you through every step along the way, from liaising with the Estate Agent and Mayor to accompanying you to the Notaire’s office when it comes to completing the purchase.
