This ensemble of charming properties have been carefully renovated with a traditional yet unique and quirky style, featuring hand designed and printed wallpaper, antique retro furniture and many original pieces of art.

Consisting of a pair of individual 2 bedroom houses accessed separately from the front courtyard, Maison des Vignes is the perfect property for friends or family to get together while also having a private space to retreat to.

House 1 – Maison des Vignes
At the end of the large forecourt, steps lead up to the veranda and entrance of “Maison des Vignes”. Inside, you step into a large, well-equipped kitchen with a 4-place dining table that can be extended to seat 8. Off to the left is a cosy, dual-aspect sitting room with a new balcony leading down into the rear garden. A staircase leads from the sitting room, up to two bright, comfortable double bedrooms and a large shower room.

House 2 – Maison du Laurier
Adjacent to Maison des Vignes is “Maison du Laurier” which is entered at ground level and features a large, open room that can be configured as a sitting room or games room with the available ping pong table. A small bathroom leads off from here, whilst upstairs there are two well-proportioned bedrooms; one Double and one with 2 single beds.

Outside, there is tiled patio area as well as a long, rambling L-Shaped garden featuring an abundance of Fig, Mirabelle and Cherry trees.

La Rochette is a tiny hamlet in the hills above Saint Gengoux Le National. The village is dominated by the outstanding 13th century Chateau de la Rochette which is a mere 200m from the property. The location is quiet and rural and perfect for walking and cycling. The nearest shops and facilities are located in Saint Gengoux about 3km away
